Everything we sell is designed and made by us. That makes our guarantee real. Soon we will be offering a full wardrobe, and we want you to come visit us often.

Whimsy is happy to offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the items you have ordered, we will exchange them, give you a store credit or issue you a refund for the items you purchased--your choice. (Shipping charges are not refundable.)

Return the items to us unworn, preferably in the original packaging and with all labels attached within 30 days of the invoice date. We've included a return form with your invoice. Just fill it out and send it all back to us. (It is very important to fill out the return form--without it and your invoice we won't be able to process your return as quickly.) We recommend that you insure the package and keep the receipt just to be sure that it gets to us in the condition you sent it.
